Kato- don't worry about how much you dtd. I was sure we hadn't caught in April because we only dtd twice the week of ovulation.

Cupcake- you need to distract yourself somehow from the 2ww!! Did you get some sleep today?

I just did an opk. Forgot how lovely it is to see a line come up on a stick - even if does mean nothing!

How many people are left on here waiting to get their BFP's? I feel like we've fallen in numbers!

We are having a date night! DH rang me to say get changed 'cos we are going out for a date. Wonder what that means?

I am not getting dressed up- know DH too well. It won't be posh, whatever it is.

Has just come in. With bunch of flowers which was sweet. So I asked what might be appropriate to wear. He looked taxed by that question and eventually said 'Those blue flat shoes, a pretty dress but nothing flash and a cardi'. No sounding swanky to me. Will not tell me where we are going. Is in shower. Has got himself jeans and his favourite pinky red shirt with white flowers on it out (considers it cool!) Will report back later.

Just did a third OPK, I know what you mean kitkat, I was looking at the two dark lines imagining it was a pregnancy test!

I shall take the '3 days in a row' advice and get on it!

Hehe. Mine wasn't evening positive, nearly but not quite. Still made me happy though. I'm a sad woman!! Enjoy lulu. I'm still waiting my bfp ducky!

I never actually got a positive opk, I think that is just because I drank before doing them, no way I could not drink for that long!

Hahaaaa Ducky! A mr sizzle burger van ! That made me laugh! The first date me and my DH ever had was a a drive through McDonald's to get a flake mcflurry as they are my fav :p haha.

That's if he's still in one piece, he has gone ice skating tonight with work - he is the worst skater I have ever seen!

Well date night was a walk by the river in Durham and a meal in a nice country pub restaurant we used to go to. DH has been very funny and a bit soppy- 3 pints and he's a softie. I drove us home and we had a competition to see who could come up with the most song titles with the word baby in. He won- very pleased with himself. living life on the edge in the north of England.
I am soooo tired and it's just 10.15! I think DH is hoping for a bit of a thrash around but his luck is out tonight. See what tomorrow morning brings.

I'm expecting to ov next week, doing opks daily just to see if I can pin point ov. Trying so hard to chill out and enjoy dtd. Dh birthday next week so bought some treats from lovehoney ;) My positive thought at the mo is a vision of me being pregnant by Christmas. Positive thinking all the way :)

ahhh Lulu love a date night! we try to have a monthly one & can be anything (person who picks pays and we alternate) I hope we carry it on when we're married and with tons of mini us running about!

I did an opk yesterday & was really faint like the same as the day before my positive opk last month. but that'll only be cd6 (today) is this too early to ovulate? my body drives me mad! I wish I knew what it was doing best part of the time! (last month my positive opk was on cd14 btw)

Mac I had faint positive on CD 8 n thought I was ovulating but then got a mega solid one on CD 15

Macmissy I think it is possible to ov that early but unlikely if your last cycle was 14... I'm reading a book by Zita West '10 steps to maximise fertility', and it explains the cycle really well! It's a good read

Now the excitement of ovulation is almost over I'm starting to dread the tww...

I think for it to be positive the test line has to be as dark or darker than the control doesn't it? But that never worked for me cus I always have a drink in my had

Well I have got loads to do to day as we are finally going n honeymoon tomorrow and haven't started packing of cleaning the house yet!!! We have started dtd yesterday and today so a good start for honeymoon baby I am so excited about it! DD is not so excited as she is going to her dads for nearly 2 weeks and am now feeling guilty about not taking her!!!

I don't think we've dtd nearly enough this week. My tww is just beginning now, but not too hopefull. DP reckons we've been successful, don't know why

Lilamy, sounds like we're due BFPs at similar times... Think poppet is the same too... It's going to be eventful on here in two weeks!
