I was thinking about drinking or not, this weekend we've got 2 nights out for birthdays and trust it to be key dtd dates !! Think i'll just refrain from getting trollied !!

I'm now going to Google the SMEP - last month the OH worked away so I know we probably stopped too early - so lets try that for June!

lillamyy1, im also coming off anti-d's so share your feelings! How's it going for you? I've managed to get down from 30mg to 10mg gradually in a month. Just feeling really angry on 10mg and less happy land like!
hope your ok bugaboom, i did read that some women bleed a lot through early pregnancy and everything is fine.

I've also been wondering about how much to cut down on alcohol. I think a wedding day is no question, but generally I've cut down to a minimum during fertile period and am now abstaining during 2ww until af due 22nd. But given the process could go on for months, and many people seem to get upduffed regardless, I do wonder whether it's worth it or not...

I've cut down MrsM - I am still having the odd glass of red though & did drink at my friends wedding last weekend, again though this was a quarter of what I would have normally had! I guess its up to you, I would feel really guilty if I was hammered, but I haven't really drank like that this year as for some reason I have really suffered with hangovers this year - which never really happened before! (I am 33, so I have no idea where they have came from!)

Iam cutting down but I remember somewhere ( Ive read alot !) that drinking doesnt really have an impact until conception takes place but dtd hungover is not great !!

I conceived my DS absolutely drunk out my mind :/ haha! And I was smoking about 20-30 a day. But as I said before, DS was a happy mistake :)

When we had dd I was a heavy drinker and smoked around 30 a day!

U know how I said if I rele had to poas it would be an opk??
Well I just peed on the opk..... Turned out positive? :s now I'm confused because I deffo got a positive the other day it was mega positive so.... Am I ovulating again? Or?

I don't know about this, some people say opks can come back positive if you are pg but some people say no! Aren't you only 2dpo? Maybe you had a long lh surge and haven't ov yet? I would DTD just to be sure

Well yesterday it was negative :s I have all my opks layed out so I know lol! But if was deffo negative yesterday!
My body is so awful to me -_-

I thought once you got a positive opk you were to stop testing?

My temps gone up by 0.2c so I'm sure I've ov'ed already as it coming back up now.
