No period in 48 days what can this mean

I haven't had a period since the 14th of March had all the signs that they r going 2 start but never have,me n my partner r trying for another baby,I have all the signs of being pregnant but every time I have done a test it is negative my period have always been irregular

Hi mumshies! I had a check up last march 8. I had negative results and there was nothing seen on the transvaginal ultrasound. I was given provera five days. I’m on my 5th week of no period fron my LMP. I’m worried that i might be pregnant that provera may have effect on the baby.

I need help ASAP, I have not had a period in two months which is WAY out the ordinary and I tested at home maybe a week ago and got a (-). I am so unsure what to do.
