Periods following mc

Hi everyone.
I had a miscarriage in December; had a period 6 weeks later and now it's 13 weeks since I've had a period. Has anyone had a similar experience? Should I be concerned?

Apologies - obviously I should have added that I've done countless pregnancy tests, don't have any symptoms etc.
