How long after implantation bleed to test?

Never thought I'd be on this part of MN again!
Basically I have a coil which has moved. Dr promised me it wouldn't affect it's level of protection.
I don't have periods at all with it.
About a week ago I had a small amount of pinkish brown discharge. Not a lot, only lasted a day. I realised today that it's a lot like the implantation bleeding I had with my second pregnancy.

So when do I need to text to put my mind at rest?

If it was a week ago, then anytime from now would be fine! Maybe use a First Response just to be sure?

How did you get on?! I wouldn't worry yourself about it, if you have a coil there are all kinds of reasons that you might have a bit of spotting! It'll put your mind at rest though

I've got a coil so surely can't be pregnant?
