just looking for some advice please. I have been temping for a while and just noticed that this month i had two separate occasions of increases in temperature- both times the temperature increased over three days- the first occasion the increases were higher than the second time. I use ovulation sticks and got a solid smiley face on the second set of increases. Is this when i would take ovulation from? I am well passed ovulation now and majorly symptom spotting.

I hope I have explained myself properly. Thanks

I would take the second set as the true ovulation, especially if they have been backed up by opks. The first may have just been anomalies due to any number of reasons. This is why I like to temp, do opks, and track ewcm, just to cover everything! Smile
