ortho evra and TTC

Does anyone have any experience coming off ortho evra (contraceptive patch) and ttc????

I'd also like to know the answer to this one!

Have been on the patch for 9 years, just taken it off and now TTC but there really isn't a lot of information about it.

Hopefully someone somewhere will have!

I have been looking online but haven't been able to find much either.....hope someone knows something?!

It's still quite uncommon I think - I would hazard a guess that it is the same as the pill (with it using the same type of hormone base as the pill)

In the meantime - I am currently TTC so I will keep you posted on how I get on!

I have been on the patch for 5 years now, how have you got on with it? I did read some horror stories but it has been ok for me.

I have absolutely loved it, had it as a trial 9 years ago at a FPC then they stopped the trial 6 months in due to the cost of it, I had to fight to carry on getting it and I have been on it ever since.

Every doctor surgery I have had have had to look it up in the book as they haven't ever heard of it either!

I love it though and would go back on it like a shot! No side effects, nothing!

I was just wondering how you had been getting on with TTC?

Still going! In my TWW at the moment, cycle 3. Think I've only had 1 period though (last month) so BFP is due first week in July so fingers crossed.
