Res - I was surprised about the star jumps too. I'm quite gullible though so maybe they just saw me coming ;)

Tame - This would be our first baby, yes. I've never even had a positive pregnancy test before. I do like the idea of healthy, full term twins, but like you find the possible complications scarey. I'm agog at the errors you seem to have suffered on the nhs. Really hope you can get some kind of recompense.

Hi Stars, yeah our embryo survived. It was 5 cells average quality and fragmented. I really felt like refusing to have the transfer to be honest. It seems so pointless. I feel so angry and disappointed. DH asked today if they had any idea what had gone wrong. Their only response was it is just the way it is. I've requested our notes and completed our referral to care. To be honest it feels a relief to know I'm not going back there for anymore treatment. Anyone got any thoughts about when I could test? OTD is 7th June which is when we are away. I'm thinking of testing on the 2nd which is 12dpd2t as it's the day before we go away. If it's negative I want to be able to drink/do what I want without worrying. If it's negative I'll still keep up the pessaries till OTD.

It's horrible. So sorry. I remember it too vividly.

But it does get better. For now, though, be self-indulgent and as sad as you want. This stuff is so real and raw.
