Preparing for Egg Collection

Hi,

I am having egg collection on Tuesday. Can anyone advice me what to expect and what would you recommend me taking into the hospital please.

First of all good luck I hope it goes well for you!
I would Take with you:
something to pass the time while you are waiting like a book, iPad.
Slippers
Dressing gown
Wear comfy clothes
Something to tie your hair out of your face
I was allowed to bring my own Music to play while the procedure was done.

I found it more uncomfortable than painful & tried to focus on what it was all & what we hoped for at the end of it ( I think I was scared that if I was showing discomfort/ pain that they'd stop!)

It was my first experience of gas & air too - & I loved it!
