spotting on nexplanon

Sorry for the bother again, im on the nexplanon and the pill to regulate my periods the doctor said it was ok, however I had sex without a condom on Tuesday and I dont have periods or anything on my bc but yesterday I started spotting a brownish colour and im concern im pregnant?or is it just a hormone imbalance please don't say take a test I need advice:(

The only thing you can do to find out if you are pregnant is to take a test. Nobody on here can tell you if you are or if you are not. If you are on the implant then it is highly highly unlikely you will be pregnant. 3 years of unprotected sex on it and no pregnancies is proof. However the implant also messes with your menstrual cycle. It is a hormone which prevents eggs from maturing and being released. However your body will still want to refresh and renew the lining of your uterus. This is why you will have spotting or a period. Adding a hormone is not 'natural' it's not what our body is designed to do so there are bound to be people who have non stop periods or people who only experience spotting. If you want a definitive answer then take a home pregnancy test.
