7 positive pregnancy tests now 4 negative ones.

I was supposed to come on my period last tues did test from 2 days before it was due up until this Thurs and got very faint lines and a pregnant status with 1-2 weeks with a clearblue test, decided to test again today 2 days later and ive had 4 negative tests I devasted ! Gettimg slight spotting but only odd times when I wipe myself after going to the toilet ive got.bad lower back pain and cant stop crying any advise would be appreciated x

i am sorry about what has happened to you. All you can do now is to accept you probably had a chemical and curse the technology of today's pregnancy tests - previously we never noted thse chemicals, now they are all exposed and ugly unfortunately.

So early miscarriage will not require any intervention, you will just have your period and it will all be over. unless you get one-sided lower abdominal pains, in which case it is worth checking out you do not have an ectopic - but even if tou have/had, at the less than 5weeks pg when you lost it it should resolve by itself. from current symptoms the most likely situation is a failing ealrly pg, a chemical - there would have not been a fetus or anything yet.

have a quick recovery and hopefully you will concieve again soon! You should be at your most fertile after a mc, so hopefully it happens easily,

The same happened to me in January. The term is "chemical pregnancy" but it's actually a very early miscarriage. You should inform your gp so they can note it down in your medical records. I was petrified at the point that you are at now because I had no idea what was going to happen. It turned out to be really bad lower backache and period type cramps. Nothing horrendous as I'd worried myself about. Too much information maybe, but I also had a bit of diarrhoea with it. Take some painkillers for the cramps. My flow was lighter than a normal period which was confusing but quite common following a chemical pregnancy, as I later found out. Didn't want to read and run, I really wish someone had told me this information of what to expect when it was happening to me as I was so scared. If you are scared at any point though, contact your doctor, if only for piece of mind. Good luck and sorry for your loss. X

Thanks ladies I went to my local walkin cenyre and they tested my urine and it came back negative, they said if I haven't bled within a week to go and see my gp or do another pregnancy test,my head is in bits ive cone hone from work expecting to start bleeding im weeing like a race horse and not drunk that much today x

Hi ladies started to bleed earlier on thanks so much for all your advice, feeling heartbroken but trying to be strong but I will never do a pregnancy test till im at least 2 wks late next time, thanks again, Zoe x
