TTC #2 Clomid Advice

My doc has prescribed clomid with the very unhelpful instruction of "the same as last time". Problem is that the last time was 8 years ago and I cannot remember for the life of me.

I have been looking online but there is not a consensus on days to take 2-6, 3-7, 4-8 or 5-9 and if there is a need for tests on d21.

Which days did you take it and was it successful?

I should mention that I am on D2 today.

im on my 8th cycle of clomid,. sometimes take it 2-6 others 3-7. makes no difference. still works same. ovulation varies month to month regardless of when i take it.

if your using opks, do a "day 21" test 7 dpo regardless if it actually is day 21 or not. ive ovulated day 16 this cycle, so will be having my "day 21" test on day 23.

we concieved cycle 6, miscarried tho sadly.

this is is our last cycle of clomid, then onto iui/ivf if my tubes ect ect are ok.

ps: to stop this from been a negative post, i have a daughter from clomid, aged 4.
