CD11 today and forst red light of the month so planning on BD-ing later on.

But I have irritation and slight discharge down there, feels like thrush, but seem to have had it on and off for a couple of months. do I

  • ignore, hope it goes away and get on with BD-ing (will it affect chances of conceiving)- my current approach

  • Go to pharmacy (but sure he will tell me to go to docs as used oral capsule thingy a couple of weeks ago)

  • Go to docs - not likely to get an appt for a few days and will treatment affect conceiving

Someone tell me what to do!!

Cant tell you want to do, that has to be up to you soz but could DH get thrush if you BD??
Also if you've had it a couple of months, it might not be 100% thrush, there a possibility that it's something else!

All the best!

I have made a docs appt for 5.25 so guess I will see what he says, will be gutted if he says no BD-ing though, DH and I have planned some nice nights in to get on with it, starting tonight!!

Docs said it was thrush and not to be worried, gave me treatmenta nd said tahts hould not effect conception and can BD if i feel like it. May pass to DH but doc said that he should just use some of the cream he has given me afterwards. Stayed off BDing yesterday and may leave it till tomorrow (on CD12 and persona says red day, but did not ov till CD20 last month)
