Does anyone chart? Help please

Good morning!
Can I just ask, how much should I expect my temprature to peak by? It's my first month charting- it's risen a fair (.10) amount today but only day 3.

While still on your period your temps can fluctuate quite a bit. Do look at the fertility friends.com website for some excellent help. Also make sure that you are temping at the same time, that you have had at least 3 hours sleep before and that you are not sleeping with mouth open etc, all these factors can make a big difference in temp recordings.
