Hey don't know if anyone can help me here, basically I last slept with my partner on the 28th/29th March and haven't yet came on my period I was due on the 5th of April and haven't yet came on so I'm 10 days late. I did a pregnancy test 5 days ago on the 10th but that came back negative, maybe I did it too early? I had some slight cramping and a tiny spot of blood yesterday and slight cramping today, could this be possible implantation or would it be too late for that? Is there a chance that I could be pregnant?

Thanks in advance :)

If your period was due the 5th April, then having sex with your partner 7 days before that would have normally been post-ovulation, and therefore normally safe and you would not be pregnant.

However since your period is late, there is the possibility that you ovulated late, and therefore it is possible that you could get pregnant from sex on those days. To be sure do a pregnancy test 18 days after the last time you had sex, which if it was the 29th then would be today the 16th. If it is negative today, it would just suggest that you have had a strange cycle this month, possibly annovulatory. If you miss a second period then it might be an idea to see GP. But there is a good chance that you will find you period appears before that. One off annovulatory cycles happen to most women at some time.
