CBFM/temping and going on holiday

Hi

I am due to go on holiday on Friday and there will be a 6 hour time difference (6houes behind GMT).

It will be day 7 of my cycle and I'm unsure how to use the cbfm out there - fmu or take it at 1am holiday time as it will be 7am in uk?

Also this month the temping time will be different. Or shall I just take a month off from cbfm and temping?

I think you might need to collect your urine in a cup so you're ready to do the test in your normal testing window. X

Thanks ladies. We have been TTC for 18 months and this is the first time in over 14 months that we are gonna take a month off temping and using cbfm. Hopefully this will be our lucky month x
