I was on cilest for a number of years, I was a bit naughty and regularly didn't have the break, I would have the break every 2 - 3 months Confused

I came off cilest last year and had a few cycles that were very long, from 32 - 46 and one of 52.

I have had various blood tests and everything has come back as normal.

Has anyone had a similar experience when coming off cilest?

Or do you think it could be as I didn't take the monthly break my body is kind of doing the same? Sounds stupid lol!

HELP!!! :)

I was on cilest for abt 6 mths at uni. Tits were massive. Also stomach! Anyway, even after 6 months including proper breaks took c.3 months to get periods back.

Went straight onto Yasmin after period returned, and now I have long 35-39 day cycles, but don't know of that's got anything to do with anything if you follow.

Have you tried taking vitex/angus cas-whatsit? Might help get periods a bit more regular!

I ve been on cilest for at least 5 yrs and often do the 2 packs together, when I came off to ttc my periods were pretty much the same for the year whilst we tried. But I just figured my natural cycle must be like that.
I was on microgynon previously and the same happened then.

Hey Ducky! I came off cilest at the end of December and still haven't seen AF! I like you sometimes ran packs together but have no idea if this has made an impact or not.

I've been to the Drs to have some further tests but also have ovulation symptoms, so I've got no idea what's going on!! Confused
