Has anyone tried Red Raspberry leaf tea to help with conception?

Just that really- what brand did you buy? Did you take a capsule or drink it?
What's your opinions on this?

I dont think it is used for conception but can be taken from later in pregnancy to help tone the uterus to help with contractions in labour. It is not advised in early pregnancy

Oh okay- I thought it was used to strengthen the uterus/endemetrium before conception?
So confusing! I have heard its good for when you go into labour too.
