Robitussin and EPO question

I am planninf to start both of these to get some decent cm (ttc no.2). Just wondered 2 things:

1. How much EPO did/ do you take daily?

2. Which Robitussin is the one I need? There were 3 different ones behind the pharmacy counter today (one for chesty, one for tickly etc!)

Don't know what EPO is so can't help with that, but it's the 'expectorant' version of robitussin (think it's the chesty one) - the only active ingredient should be guanifisen (or something like that!).

You might like to know that you can get just as good a result by drinking a glass of grapefruit juice each day up to ovulation.

The Robitussin with Guaifenesin in (not sure on spelling sorry) is the one you need.

Venos expectorant also has high concentration of guifessin and nothing else (other than treacle).

I just take the RDA of EPO - not sure if that is enough to make a difference though. Might be my imagination but I do think these plus grapefruit juice are working. I am quite close to OV I think and CM does seem to be changing more than it usually does (sorry if TMI but that is what we are looking for on here isn't it )

Thanks everyone. LOL I started the grapefruit juice a few days ago too so just need the robitussin and I'll be all kitted out! I think I've gone a bit overboard this cycle starting EPO, grapefruit, robitussin and pre-seed all for the first time this cycle. I think I'm heading for a fall when af comes
