Is it possible to o on one side and not the other? On the left side I have all the symptoms cm and + opk but no o pain on the right cm+opk and mega o pain.

My only other thought about this is when I had a scan with Ds I was told that I had some cysts but were only small and not to worry about them. (On the right)

Hi, yes this is possible. I had emergency surgery at the weekend as I had an abscess on one of my Fallopian tubes, and was told that removal (obviously) or even scarring can result in ovulation every other month. If you're concerned I would speak to your GP and ask if it's possible to be referred for investigation.
