Af due in 2 days. Heading away with family to a cottage for a few days in lakes have a few first response tests is it too early to test in the morning? The drive there is going to be the only time me and dh will be alone.

Not too early but you have to bear in mind that a negative still doesn't mean you are not pregnant until after you period is late. You can get false negatives but not false positives. Frer are especially sensitive and at 2 days before af there is a good chance if you are preggo it will show. Good luck! X
