Did you get pregnant at 37 or older? How long did it take. Our main issue is dp and I having hardly any time together at the moment. Perhaps a baby moon. He doesn't like to feel pressured. My clock is ticking away. No babydancing at the moment! I have a lovely dc1 who is 2 1/2

We conceived DD on the first cycle, age 36! I'm now 38 and trying for another.
Had bfp in cycle 3 but sadly turned into a chemical pregnancy.

At 35 took 4 months
At 36 took 4 months
At 39 took 8 months (one early m/c at 7 months)
At 40 + just recurrent miscarriages, only taking 1 to 3 months to get preg each time, just chromosomal issues with bring older.

So my advice would be to not put it off if at all possible.

I think that it does get

Yes you can do it, consider yourself encouraged ... Don't tell your partner when it is the right time to get jiggy if that makes him feel pressured, can you make it all seem lovely and spontaneous (and at just the right time?)

Good advice catnip..... I will try and act spontaneous, even though it's not!!

Now 41, no 2 isn't happening easily. 1 early MC aged 40.
Go for it! Enjoy it! (Do it now!) Wink
