Weird stomach pain

Hello ladies,

Quick question has anyone ever had a pins and needles type feeling in stomach/side.

It started with small pin prick type pain now a whole area is tingling.

Its a week at least until AF so its nothing to do with that.

Implantation ? I had very localised pain last month when I conceived but lost it early ...

Still have it today its mostly on the right hand side but sometimes on the left to.

To early to test but it would be lovely if it was
