Agnus Castus, Evening Primrose and Starflower Oil - safe together?

Hi all, I got AF today after a very early miscarriage. I want to start taking some Agnus Castus I bought for the first time along with an EPOil/Starflower Oil combo I used for the first time last cycle (until ovulation).

I have long irregular cycles I want to shorten so I don't ovulate so late and mild PCOS, and want to start TTC again.

Does anyone know if I can take these together and when I should take AC in my cycle? I have an apt to discuss Clomid use next week with my Dr but want to try and avoid it if I can.

I found I had a short LP of around 8/9 days after coming off cerazette and was also ovulating late, cd22/23.
I started taking 100mg b6 which increased my LP by one day after the first cycle.
I then started taking a low dose (bog standard holland & barrett) of ac and 100mg epo. I ovulated on cd16 after first cycle taking it.
I had a bfp just over a week ago which sadly turned out to be a chemical pregnancy but has given me hope for the future.
I took b6 throughout cycle but stopped ac and epo after ov, started taking it day of AF.
I don't have any experience of starflower though sorry.

Thanks for the reply Jo178. I normally take a prenatal vitamin too which has the B6 in it. MY AC is from Holland and Barrett too (1600mg a day) and I just started taking them last night. The EP/Starflower Oil is from Tesco. I found these helpful last month as the first month I took them they shortened my cycle slightly and I fell pregnant although had a chemical pregnancy. I hope you feel better soon.
