Had copper coil removed... could I be pregnant?

Hey everyone!

Basically, I have had the coil in for 2 years and on the 3rd April I accidentally tugged on my coil string and it got lodged in my cervix so I had to have it removed. Before the 3rd of April my fiancé and I had been having unprotected sex around twice a day. From my calculations I ovulated around the 2nd - 4th. Since having the coil removed we have used condoms or he has pulled out. Not too sure what to think. Do you think it's possible I could be pregnant? Whilst not planned we would be delighted!

Thanks

Yes I think it is possible. I just had my coil removed and I was told that unprotected sex in the week prior to removal could in theory result in pregnancy. I don't think it's very likely though as the coil is meant to impede fertilization as well as implantation. Do update if you are though!
