been trying for a baby for 5 months it feels like forever :(
has anyone else used any of these vitamins to help them concieve im on some vitamins already and trying to eat healither.
Vitamin E
Zinc
Copper
Panthothenic acid
Potassium
Vitamin A
Vitamin C
Vitamin D
Thiamin B6
Riboflavin
Niacin
im taking evening primrose oil, vit c and zinc and multivitamin and 2 folic acid a day

we take pregnacare his n hers conception, which has all those in and more. and only 1 tablet a day :)

5 months may seem forever, but its still so little time, relax and enjoy it. weve been at it 3 year.

ive been looking at pregnacare his n hers on boots i have ordered OH some fertilman and told him he isn't allowed to stress out at work :) lol i know its barely anything i was saying to OH last night it could be years before we concieve he was really upset poor guy we both have friends who get pregnant at the drop of a hat we thought it would be easy

5 months is not long at all. took us 18 months!

we started trying in november bumwad nice name by the way lol i was toting it up last night and its 5 months not 3 was christmas really that long ago ?? is a cycle a period if it is then im on cycle 5 about to be 6 depending on when AF decides to show up shovelling myself full of salad and raisins atm trying not to look at the big fridge cake and family size bag of doritos on the worktop i wonder if OH would mind me throwing all the junk food out he's a self confessed salad dodger and it could be his diet not mine i read somewhere that its usually the men with the problems but everyone automatically points fingers at the woman including the woman lol strange

Just bear in mind that any alterations your partner makes to his diet/lifestyle now will take 90 days to have an effect on his sperm - that is how long it takes to make sperm.

It took us 3 years to conceive our daughter, so please don't fall into the trap of obsessing this early on.
