B50 complex

Feeling good after 6 weeks of b50 complex finally helping my cycle. Been ttc #1 for 15/16 months and the last 5 cycles had a brown discharge for 7 ish days before af.

Well after 6 weeks of b50 I am currently on day 26 of a 28/29 day cycle with no discharge or spotting! So wanted to let all you spotters know. The last 4/5 days have been so good not seeing the dreaded discharge!

Had some tests and have initial hospital visit next week so feeling hopeful! :)

that's great news! I'm brown spotting at the moment. you still can't help get your hopes up even though you know!

Oh really? It's rubbish isn't it! Have you tried b50 complex or b100? I was sceptical as I started half way through a cycle but it really has made a difference this cycle. Just hoping it hasn't messed up my cycle like it has for some people I have read about.

I am trying not too think too much about it as af due Tuesday/Wednesday so will see what next week brings.

How you getting on smorgasborgen?

I took 100mg of b6 (along with some other natural stuff) after coming off cerazette and finding that my luteal phase was short because of the early spotting. I got my bfp on Tuesday! Good luck!

Yeah I'm hoping this lack of spotting could be a good sign. Have got it in the back of my mind that maybe it's just extending my cycle like a few others have said. Also hopeful that it may result in a bfp, here's hoping!

well,hmmm, having brown cm and one episode of fresh blood when I wiped.
I thought I was due today but no sign other than brown cm.
trying hard t not get my hopes up.
I ovulated on the twenty sixth so am I expecting it too soon?x

Oh I don't know. I spend most of my time now a days convincing myself it's af as it's easier than getting worked up over nothing every month.

Fingers crossed this month it works out to be a bfp and not af for you. For me I used to get brown, pink then period. Sorry if that doesn't help. It's a waiting game

Smorga, I ovulated on the 22nd March and got my bfp on April Fools Day, with a teeny amount of bleeding the day before! Good luck!

You have a short luteal phase and have spottingg or a brown discharge before your period starts. I used to get about 7 days worth of brown discharge then pink and red spotting before getting af. This month the b50 complex has really reduced my discharge and spotting. With it starting cycle day 28 instead of 21.
