Hi all, I had a steroid injection in my wrist on Friday as I was diagnosed with tendonitis and have been in pain for a long while. I was going to start TTC again as its been a few weeks since I had an early miscarriage. I wondered if anyone knew if it is safe right now? I don't want to wait long as Im 38 years old. I have an appointment with my GP in a few weeks but very curious to know!

I suffered from carpal tunnel syndrome and had steroid injections into my wrist - the physio asked me every time if I could be pregnant as there can be contra-indications. Have you had one before as the biggest risk post-injection is an infection.

Saying that I had carpal tunnel surgery when only four weeks pg (Obviously wasn't aware at that point).

Sorry to hear of your loss though. Good luck.
