Hi, I have been taking silicea capules for thin hair and nails for 6m or so and in the last few months we have also been ttc.
When we started I did check the pack (Hubners capsules) and it did not say anything about pregnancy or using the product while trying to get pregnant. But now a few months later I am wondering would I be wiser to drop them?
Has anyone experience of this?
