I'm off to see the GP on weds morning to talk about getting my implant removed so we can starting TTC. DH is coming along with me, as I have a family history of bicornate uterus which has lumbered me with two cervixes (greedy!) and I was warned years ago that I need to keep a doctor informed if I try to have a baby. I have no idea how this is going to affect my chances of getting pg, and how labour will be affected with my dodgy plumbing.

TBH I've had zero inclination to have children until recently (I'm now 31) but DH has been child crazy since before we got together 13 years ago (today to be exact). Now I have definitely got the baby-crazies! I may have been in Mothercare earlier getting moony eyed over the teeny tiny little socks.....

I welcome good wishes from all and will keep you all updated in what she says. I am definitely feeling nervous about what she's going to say.
