Is this implantation pain or am I hopelessly symptom spotting?

I'm on cd17 of, what has been for the last two cycles, a 24 day cycle

Dtd at cd 7 and 11 knowing I have short cycles

I've had really bad period pain today, no other way to describe it other than period pain, not guts definitely uterine/bladder area. No signs of any bleeding.

I feel I'm hopelessly symptom spotting after a lengthy ttc process which has included miscarriages and I know i really shouldn't but, y'know, sometimes these things can't be helped!

Based on a 24 day cycle I would have ov'd in cd11 so would be 6dpo today which is what's making me think it may be. I know I'm probably delusional, think it's the lengthy process that's done it lol

I'm pretty sure I felt implantation this time, I was slightly cramps 6dpo and then on the afternoon of dpo7 had a short sharp stabbing pain right in the cervix/womb area. Two days later on dpo 9 I got a very faint positive and I cramped the whole time.
