Is it too early? Implantation Bleeding Question....

Hi there:

Please reply - this will help put me at ease.

Had intercourse 3 and 4 days ago, respectively. I am currently about one week away from starting my period so that puts me around day 21 if I can count correctly. (someone correct me if I'm wrong)

Yesterday and the day before I experienced a little discoloration after I went to the washroom - pinky brown mostly. Today I am experiencing heavier discharge, simelar to the last day of my period. I am cramping a bit today.

Someone put the thought of implantation bleeding in my head but I think it is too soon. Before this weekend, the last time I'd had intercourse was about 1 1/2 or 2 weeks.

I am also on the BC pill and have been for 6 years. This would be the first time I've experienced this kind of reaction. I do not want to be pregnant at this time.

Could I be pregnant from this weekend and could it be implantation bleeding or am I being way too paranoid? I think it is too early but I would like to hear your opinions. Could this just be breakthrough bleeding or a hormone-related issue?

Sorry Hetty but dont really have any answers it maybe worth just waiting and see if you have a period, only a few more days to go.

If it were me I would be thinking an early period and some cramps to go with it. Sometimes happens to the most regular ladies

could be start of your period rather than implantation

i had heavy implantation bleeding.. so heavy i thought it was a period. didnt realise untill dating scan that bleeding wasnt actualy a period.

anyway do a test.. one of the early ones and let us know xxxx

i have been on ovulation injections and have started bleeding today, my period not due till 25th i had the injection monday which i should then have ovulated 24-36hrs after why am i bleeding

I had an implantation bleed 7 days after conception with my first pg. I also had breakthrough bleeding when I was on the pill, so it could well be something like that. I would advise you to wait until period due and then do a test if your period doesn't start.
