Be honest as well, tell him you really, really want to go out and have fun with him. My DH can take a while to come around after a fall out but if we go out, it's usually forgotten quite quickly.

Oh Spinning, men can be so stubborn can't they. I don't think its fair that he's dragging it out if you've apologised and especially if he knows you've been looking forward to it.
Hopefully a sleep will perk him up. And who knows, maybe after a few drinks later he'll be a bit more receptive. and maybe some make-up dtd will do the trick too!

Sorry you're having a hard time with your oh Spinning. I think Hazel is right. My DM always says "pick your battles wisely" my DH is always foul after a night shift, I'm sure he'll perk up after some sleep.

Oooh poly I could just eat a Mac Donalds, I've hardly eaten anything since a huge lunch on Sunday!

He's awake now and popped out but he says I should go out today but not to expect him to be lovely dovey towards me so I think I will go and try not to get emotional after a few drinks! And as English says maybe he will feel better after a few drinks. We hardly drink and tend to go ott when we go out! Also think I'd better eat something first as we're going out at 4pm!

I think I might be ovulating today, ive been trying to take more notice of my body. I feel a bit crampy and a bit more damp down below.

But if I am ovulating today which is day 13 of my cycle will they see it on day 21 blood test??

blueberry, yes they'll still see it. The test is looking for increased progesterone so even if you do ovulate today your progesterone should still be high enough. If in doubt call the dr.

Blueberry do you know the number your progesterone level was at? I think generally above 30 indicates ovulation.

No ive got one more blood test to get then I have to make a doctors appointment..

The last one I did I had a call a couple of days later asking me to take another blood test asap with no explanation.

Managed to get the doctor to call me and she said it had shown ovulation but sometimes it misses it hence another test.

Guess i'll just have to wait and see, ive been taking agnus castus maybe thats made a difference

I'm off to the doctor this afternoon. Going about my saliva gland again but thinking of asking for a blood test for thyroid function and might mention my periods being a bit odd.
Ugh, i hate going to the doctors :p

Ok, kinda glad I went! Mentioned my periods have been irregular so I'm having a blood test for thyroid function and LH and FSH :)

Hopefully all is well and it will put my mind at ease a bit.

Hi Treaclepie thats the 21 day test isnt it?

They may end up doing a couple of them to compare.

Im not sure if ive ever had thyroid function tested.

I think LH and FSH are done at day 3. You might want to ask about progesterone too Treacle as the hormones all have to be working in balance and if one is off, the other might be too.

Maybe ask Blueberry. It might be fine, but i generally thought that they need to do both to make sure all hormones are correct.

My oh nipped in to the chemist for me on his way home from work for those clearblue digi opk's and he got 2 boxes for £5, saving £35, well impressed with that Smile

I was going to try the temping aswell but I'd probably just forget most mornings, not very bright at that time of day, lol.
