The long awaited April bus for those penis-dragon-worshipping, green pom pom waving, non symptom spotting ladies who will get their BFP this month!

I was tempted to do the same Bella there are so many birthdays in my family in Dec too. But with my DS I had to have an early c-section (at 36wks) for medical reasons and I'm presuming it would be the case with #2. So hopefully I'm still in for a Nov baby. Fx

My Christmas baby would be due about the 3rd week of Dec and my bro and his gf are going to be here from Aus. But aren't first babies usually late? It'd probably arrive just after they fly home, knowing my luck!

today was my 7th flashing smiley!! Is that even possible?! We dtd on Sunday and will go again tonight. Fx I ov in the next day or two. Starting to get little pains so im sure it might happen soon.
just want to have a good go this month and feel we have done everything we can.
Im only doing opk's and vitamins as im too lazy for cough mixture etc but might start temping if no bfp in a coupleof months

I'm on day 6 of flashing smileys toots - very frustrating isn't it? I have the feeling mine might go on for a couple of weeks!

Poly/missmrs its awkward isn't it, latest it would be in 2 weeks, if my edd was 18th, I could go to 1st Jan or if delivered early could even be November...my mum was really early with her first.

I don't enjoy this TTC lark :-( x

I'm using cb opk's, they were on offer on amazon. I usually wait till I get a darker line on the ic and then use cb to see the smiley face! I ov on cd11 ish so use from cd 6/7. I'm cd 8 now so hoping to dtd tonight!

Dp doesn't like to dtd on demand but he said he'll step it up this month so fx

I'm the same with the opks spinning, it was driving me mad trying to decide whether the line on the ICs was dark enough to be a positive! (Though when I did actually get a +opk it was pretty obvious.)

Ive never been on a ttc bus before, but this one looks splendid and I'm soaking up the wisdom (away to buy grapefruit / pineapple juice - bathe in it if necessary!)

Ps - tell me about cough medicine - does it help ttc?

I've learnt so much about ttc and my body since joining the buses

Cough medicines that contain guaifenesin are supposed to help thin cervical mucus. Good cervical mucus will not be hostile towards sperm, which hopefully means you get the full 3-5 days life and a fertilised egg.

Would it be unreasonable to ask to be induced at 10 days or so past due date for that reason?! He lives in Oz!

Just read the link on cough medicine and I'll be stopping it on Thursday just incase

My edd would be Dec 11th
2 weeks overdue would put me right bang on Christmas Day
Which is MIL birthday
I dont think I mind as much as the baby would when he/she grows up

Later on I will properly read back. But in the meantime, I have the most horrendous AF, heavy and awful. Eaten half my bodyweight in fat food and feel sick.

But, i have bought some clearblue digi ovulation test thingummies. Yey!

I've had to go and check mine out and I've not even ov'd yet!! I would be due December 16th.....I was 2 weeks late with both of mine and had an emergency C-section with my second so not sure what would happen this time!
