Do you mean you are having periods every month or have you actually checked that you are ovulating? Having a period doesn;t mean you are ovulating. Use an ovulation predictor kit or get your fsh levels checked.

I is possibly you are still fertile but your egg quality would be much lower at 46 so even if you are ovulating you will probably find it more difficult to get pregant. If you are trying, I would get your GP to refer you to a fertility specialist immediately.

Hi, yes I am actually ovulating each month I have a little boy of four and we wernt planning anymore but had a mistake a couple of days ago right on ovulation time and was wondering what the chances of falling pregnant would be, bit panicky

Sorry to break the news but yes it is possible, if you're ovulating. Can't tell how likely it is unless you know what the quality of your eggs is like and unless you've had IVF in the last 6 months, you wouldn't have any way of knowing that!

PG test is the only way...
