Hi

Can all the ladies who got there BFP's on this thread post details of how long they were trying, what worked for them, fertility treatment etc etc.

Just to inspire us girls still on the positive threads and to see how many ladies get preggers each month.

hi found out i was pg on mothers day!! ttc for over 2 years had all the investigations, as did dh all clear.We used temping, all ovulation kits and personna then i mentally had to give up as it was really getting me down and lo and be hold it happened 25 weeks today bibby due 27th November.Good Luck to all of you xx

Hi, Natty, here's my info:

Got pg 2nd month of trying, coincidentally just like with ds.

I am a big believer in getting good cervical mucous to help those little swimmers!
While ttc I took:
evening primrose oil
omega 3 and 6 (still taking)
prenatal vitamins (still taking)
a low-dose/baby apirin a day - increases blood flow to the uterus
cough syrup just before and during ovulation (google conception cough syrup to see which kind)

Oh, and we also did the every day for 5 days preceding and 2 days of estimated ovulation.

Also a March BFP here, and I think we just got lucky! 2nd month off the pill after 4 years on it, we did have lots of sex and I looked out for the EWCM, then BD'd even more, that was it really!

Where I might have more advise is, never test before AF is due, always try to wait until she is at least a little bit late, I tested the day before AF was due, BFN, tested again over the next couple of days, BFN, waited for a whole week convinced I wasn't pregnant and that AF was just taking it's time after only being off the pill for a while, finally nine days after my AF was due, I got my BFP, and that was only because my DH practically forced me to take the test!!

Now I am 26 weeks gone, due 25th November, with another little boy
