Hi

Can all the ladies who got there BFP's on this thread post details of how long they were trying, what worked for them, fertility treatment etc etc.

Just to inspire us girls still on the positive threads and to see how many ladies get preggers each month.

Well it took two months for me I had my ds 2 years ago and went straight back on the pill afterwards came off the pill had a period tried after that had another period and then got caught the following month, we did it every other day and in doggy style I only looked out for my cervical mucas that month and it must have worked because I am now 18 weeks.

I got preggers at first attempt, after thinking I had concieved by accident the month before. I concieved about 16 days after my lmp.

OOps, justt read the title, I was on the March thread when I got preggers.

Took us four months of trying, but only two months of really going for it (everyday from days 11-16)... I do get ovulation pain so that helped to figure out approximate dates. Also lay on my bum for a few minutes afterwards, no leaks!

I graduated in January after two months of trying. Basically we had sex on days 7, 10, 12, 14, 16 & 18 on a regular 28 day cycle. In theory I would have ov. on day 14 but thought we'd cover all bases just in case...& hey I was very very lucky I know. Re positions (if that helps)...90% missionary & 10% me on top!! Only on day 10 did I put my feet on the wall..(not that I did that all with DD (nearly 2)..!! Re CM, I didn't check that, neither did I have any ov. pains etc.

DH and I started trying in august 2005 for no 2, we got our bfp straight away but it was not ment to as I miscarried at 5weeks. Started trying again and bd every couple of days keeping an eye on the cm. After bd I popped a pillow under my hips for 30mins and we got our bfp in jan.
No ov pains but when we tried in august I had slight spotting at ov time.

DS took 3 years to concieve, was about to start iui when we got our bfp.

When I had my scan at 12 weeks this time round they discovered that I had a retroverted uterus so I do wonder if this might have contributed to it taking a while with DS.
