Trapped wind a week after ovulation, could be a sign?

Hi,
I ovulated Saturday 22nd February and the past few days I've had trapped wind almost constantly and today felt sick. I'm due for my next cycle this coming Saturday so not anything to do with that. Just wondered if anyone has experienced this before and if it's to do with maybe being pregnant?

Could be however I would say don't count on this as a sign. Kept getting trapped wind and heartburn for some reason after ovulation. Or maybe I was just more attune to it as I was watching out and symptom spotting every last thing. I thought it was a sign on about 3 different occasions but for me unfortunately it wasn't! Fingers crossed though

This is the first month it has happened after 2 years of trying and had hsg 2 weeks ago so hoping it could be, just don't want to get my hopes up to soon. Thankyou, hope it happens for you soon too!
