Thanks rambini and that's a good idea kitty I will try it!

missmrsmummy · 01/03/2014 16:04

Thank you Retro yep and I'm just doing mornings until Easter so I should survive!

barmybunting · 01/03/2014 16:06

Thanks kitty. I'm feeling ok to be honest, I was cross earlier but a chat here has helped Smile . It also helps get that perspective too, it's not af until it starts properly so I'm hopeful! And whilst my cycle is out of sync, I have noted a couple of changes this cycle (which I'm attributing to reflexology) so I think they'll get more regular soon.

Missmrs take it easy as you go back. I'm glad to hear you are feeling slightly ready to head back, but remember to place your health first. Keep chatting to us and let us know if we can help with anything. I understand your nerves. I think kitty has a good idea with the list and leaving anything else.

I have to be honest and say I'm concerned by the amount of marking, paperwork and assessment demanded in English schools in comparison to the Scottish curriculum. I do understand your concern about the workload. Try to focus on the essential, and the rest is a nice to have. Are your school being supportive?

kitty your idea about the list is a good one. I think I may try that.

missmrsmummy · 01/03/2014 16:08

Yes they have been so lovely which has helped. I know I can go to anyone if I need help/think I'm falling apart again! At least I'll know the signs in future and be able to step back if it all gets too much!

KittyVonCatsington · 01/03/2014 16:09

Having a giggle imagining you hopping from foot to foot, Retro-these things are sent to try us!! Grin

barmybunting · 01/03/2014 16:12

kitty I meant to say, glad you enjoyed the reflexology, hope it helps!

KittyVonCatsington · 01/03/2014 16:15

Most of its really nice barmy'and i get that tingly feeling but she really pressed hard on my ankles which made me wince a bit! She can do what the hell she likes though, if it helps!

PosyFossilsShoes · 01/03/2014 16:18

Ha Retro that was me two weeks ago, I was saving a wee for an evening OPK and couldn't get home in time and had to use the horrible tube station loo, which was grotty and really annoying!! I got home and drank about 2 pints of water so that I could squeeze out an evening wee (and then obviously spent all night waking up to go to the loo). The next day as I knew I was going to be out all day, I actually carried wee-sticks with me just in case Smile

Then over the weekend when I was expecting the smiley face I was staying with friends who don't know I'm TTC so I had to POAS clandestinely and then wrap them up and take them home with me. Before I started doing this there is NO WAY I would have thought carrying used wee-sticks, even wrapped up, in a suitcase was rational behaviour.

katecupoftea · 01/03/2014 16:18

3/31 with potentially 2 more darker lines tomorrow! This is going well!

Glad Friday went well missmrs and that going back goes well for you x

Barmy, just to let you know as I read you had 2 cp.

When I saw prof Quenby the other day, she said she was so pleased I'd had a month off. She said that even though I caught 3 months in a row, the first one may have had something wrong, but because I didn't let my body recover, it may have caused the other 2 and they may have been perfectly fine. My uterus may not have been strong enough to have recovered.
It may be something to think about for you. Obviously there are lots and lots if women that fall and it sticks straight away and all is fine, but that just what the professional told me.
She's now put me on 400mg cyclogest progesterone every 12 hours from just after ov to help with things x

Tigsy · 01/03/2014 17:44

My stats were the same as LMSunshine- TTC #1 cycle 3 BFP March 1st

Didn't really do anything special this month. Didn't bother with OPKs this month, and just tried to dtd as often as possible around when I guessed ovulation would be. Had been away on holiday for a week skiing which I think helped take my mind off the TTC craziness. Lots of luck for the rest of you and hope you will all be getting your BFPs very soon! It's a lucky bus!

Tigsy · 01/03/2014 17:46

Ahh thought of one thing that was different but will sound barmy! I went in a hottub around the time of implantation!
I was worried about going in as I figured it could be around the time of potential implantation so googled it, and there seemed to be some people saying that a warm environment was right for implantation and could help, so I decided to go for it!

Choccywoccydodah · 01/03/2014 17:55

Tigsy I'm having a nice warm bath in a few days then!! Grin

OP posts:
Tigsy · 01/03/2014 18:09

Go for it Choccy! I also drank quite large quantities of wine and gin in the few days before my bfp as well! Grin

nicx240187 · 01/03/2014 18:27

Right it's that time again, opks lines are getting stronger and my maths and phone aps say ov tomorrow, so on the Dtd plan right now.
Dtd 2 nights ago, hubby doesn't know but tonight will happen, and may be in a few days, then it's the dreaded 2ww
Af / bfp due 13th march.
Lost count now to which cycle number this is.
Fingers crossed for me and all of you x

Sparrowlegs248 · 01/03/2014 18:48

Been trying to read back and catch up. missmrs hope your return to work goes well. I am currently feeling pretty swamped at work, and feel totally overwhelmed with the amount i have to do, yet seem to really struggle to get on with it. I had a day at a spa last week, with a massage, and it was truly fabulous. I still feel more relaxed and refreshed, and have spent the rest of the week organising my chaos so that i can crack on when i get in monday. At least thats the plan.....

Does anyone else have a short cycle? I think i am the same as mama averaging 25 days. Trying to dtd earlier this time in case i ov earlier than usual.

Dh out tonight so relxing in the bath with a glass of rose. :-)

missmrsmummy · 01/03/2014 18:50

Yippeeee, I have ewcm! Finally! I haven't had it before. Also (ahem) checked my cervix and it is high. Time to get started! Much earlier than last cycle but I'm not asking questions. DH is out at the pub and I intend to pounce upon his return!

Is it classed as cheating if I'm not using opks but checking cervix instead? I'm supposed to be not trying! Lol

missmrsmummy · 01/03/2014 18:51

Thanks Notta that's how I felt. Take it easy Thanks

missmrsmummy · 01/03/2014 18:54

Also Notta yes I was having short cycles - 23/24 days. Only since I started Pregnacare Conception. Before that I was on WellWoman and having 28 day cycles. So I'm back on WW now and hoping to get longer cycles.

Also last cycle was longer but only due to delayed ov which I think was because of the stress.
