Fertility Testing

Hi
I'm new on here and need some advice.

I'm 33 with PCOS, on dianette for 17 years. June 2013 had AMH 12.0 on pill. Getting fertility tested now.

Gynaecologist has said need 6 weeks off dianette and to be tested in first half of cycle, which sounds very vague to me! I have my blood forms so it is up to me when I get tested.

Is there a cycle day that I should be tested that will better show my fertility?

Form has Thyroid, Vit D, Prolactin, FSH, LH, Testosterone and AMH. Is there anything else that should be tested for?

Thanks

FSH and LH should be tested between cycle day 1 and 4. This means between the first day of your period and the fourth day of your period. Because you are stopping the pill, you'll need to wait for your first real period, so not the withdrawal one that happens just after you stop, but the first proper one after that. As you have PCOS, it may take longer than 28 days for that to happen.
