Just wanted to ask you whether you used to track your ov for your first children?

You said you feel pg the forstmonth of trying but you have only now got about 10 days b't'n ov and AF.

Have you ever done anything to improve this?
I ask because I have only got 8 days between and we are really struggling to get anywhere!!

I have had AF cramps 4 dpo!!!!!

Let me know.....if it was all natural that's good too as it gives me more hope!!

I am wondering about that myself and whether it was just luck first time round, just started to use persona again and cycle was actually 35 days in the end, with ov on day 20/21, so guess that means there are 14 days between my ov and AF.Sure my cycles did not used to be quite that long though. Sorry cannot be any more help. I was using persona for contraception last time, and then just decided to stop avoiding the red days - not much thought went into it, I just fell pregnant.

Very nervous now i am about to start trying again that I was just lucky!

Maybe you can give me some advice too, around ov day is it best to bd every day (have heard somewhere that every other day is better) cheers coggy and good luck!

Thanks for answering!!

I've only gor about 8 days b't'n ov and AF which is frustrating as an egg could actually be fertilised every month just not havung enough time to implant!!!

Every other day is fine.
My DH would be far too knackered to do it everyday!!!

I came across a good webpage the other day....if you get to the desperate stage (like a lot of us!!) then this may be the plan to use!!!

May be useful.....
