Hiya fellow TTC's,
My luteal phase is hideously short and I have read about the benefits of taking Vitamin B complex. So I went to morrisons today and got their own 'Energy Vitamin B complex' which says it has B2, Niacin, B6 and B12 in it. It says its to help turn food into energy though.....
Is it the wrong kind? I didn't know there was more than one and now i'm really confused. Is that going to raise my progesterone or just make me super hyper after eating??? Hellpp!!
