hi
Has anyone experienced infertility due to low testosterone levels?
Testosterone improves quantity, can it also improve motility?
Is there any treatment for men to improve their sperm?

I am sure someone who knows more than me will be along soon, but I think selenium and zinc are supposed to be good for sperm. Oh and brazil nuts - can't remember why though.

Hope you get more detailed advice soon.

There is a lot of ways to improve motility and quantity. If to consider natural ones, they are as follows:
Eat more fat
Consume more zinc and vitamin D
Stick with multijoint movements in the gym
Shorten your rest periods
Get more sleep
But also it is possible to boost testosterone with a help of hormone replacement therapy
