CD40 still no AF but will not cave & test!!!

Anyone else in the same boat? I refuse to test as I'm sure I'll get a BFN how much longer can I hold off?? Anyone out there doing the same? X

Well my cycle last month was 41 days but was 37 the month before that - so that's probably why I'm reluctant to go through with testing!!! Been getting twinges this afternoon too so no doubt AF is on it's way :(

I'm on day 35. I generally have a 30 day cycle but it can vary from 28 - 32. I thought I was on day 33 until I got to work and checked my diary where I write it down and I'm on day 35. I think that has happened once before and my period started on that day. So that really excited me but I have been feeling a bit crampy and how I generally do before my period. TMI but I've even been feeling a bit moist down there. But every time I go to the loo there's nothing when I wipe.

I am really trying not to get excited but we've been TTC for 3 years and if I was pregnant it would feel like a miracle!

I've been the same! Every time I get a round of cramps I feel a bit icky and am expecting AF but nothing!! My boobs have been hurting for about 2 weeks though! What's with that?!

How are you feeling today Tina? No af for me yet but I was feeling quite crampy earlier. The last couple of days I've had real feelings that my period is about to start between about 11 and 3 but then after that it seems to go away mostly. I'm really trying not to get my hopes up but it's really difficult!

I'm exactly the same! I get feeling a bit damp then wondering if that's the start of it but still nothing today! I've noticed my moods have completely dipped so was wondering if I've missed it completely? I'm still not going to test as I'm convinced I'm not, only thing confusing me is really sore boobs & nipples but that might just be in my head.... How long are you going to hold off for do you think? X

I'm in the same boat and so so trying not to get my hopes up. My cycle is usually 24 maybe 25 days. This is day 26.

But I started take new vitamins to aid fertility so maybe my cycle is just messed up. It is torture.

Tina - I said if I haven't started by Saturday I'll test. I so nearly caved and bought a test today though!

That's possibly the same as me, I said today I'll wait 5 days then test seeing as there was 5 days difference between my last ones! Do you want to test together? Hehe!

Ooh yeah, good plan. We should both test on Saturday. I've just got into bed and I am so trying not to get excited. But I can't quieten the voice in my head that keeps telling me that tomorrow I'll be a whole week late,and that never happens!

I was ill with a heavy cold this month that took a couple of weeks to shake off completely. Do you think that could be affecting things?

Well I have read that illness can delay your period! I was pretty ill a couple weeks back too and have been sneezing a lot lately so was wondering if I've got another cold coming on and that's delaying it?! I hope not, for you too!! Just try & have calm rational thoughts as there's nothing worse than more disappointment! Have u got any other symptoms? X

I know, it probably is the illness delaying things. I keep telling myself that so as not to get my hopes up too much!

My boobs are a bit sore but not as much as they sometimes can be before my period. Then general crampy feelings. Other than that, no other symptoms. I did feel a little sick mid morning today but I think that may have been in my head to be honest. Oh and I've been getting really tired in the day but that is fairly normal for me.

Symptom spotting can do horrible things to you, eh!? My boobs have been agonising for two weeks and my nipples started hurting today! Really weird! But I've just noticed I've got a break out of spots around my mouth and I always get that just before my period! Boooo!

I caved and tested today. Negative. So surely as I'm a week late that must mean I can't be pregnant or it would be showing up on tests by now?

Aw booo! I wouldn't give up yet though, was it a 10 or 20 miu? Could be you've not got enough hcg showing just yet? I've just ordered 5 20's off amazon for £2.50! Going to test when they arrive in the post, hopefully Fri or Sat!

Try not to feel too disheartened! Hopefully it's a blip and you'll have a normal cycle next month! I'm still not sure what's going on! Felt so nauseous last night & this morning but I'm sure it's in my head as my back's started hurting again! Really wish she'd hurry up so I can start afresh!!! X

I am on cycle day 63 :/ gone way of the chart I'm usually every 28/29 days bfn and negative bloods

By the way usually I'm a 28/29 day cycle I'm so regular so this has confused the life out of me do you guys know any other things it could be that I might need to research because I'm more swaying to something is wrong anyway

Try not to worry, I recently had a 70ish day cycle. I'm usually 26-28 days. AF turned up fairly normally after the equivalent of 3 cycles. I had hormone/thyroid blood tests come back as normal. The next AF was entirely normal in timing too. So an AWOL AF does not nessisarily mean much.
