First fertility clinic visit, what happens please??!

Can anybody give me some idea about what will happen when I have my first appt. We have had initial tests with GP which showed that I am probably not OVing and DH sample was OK, within normal ranges but not great(cant say he was particularly chuffed to hear that, poor love!!!) The appt has been made for me, should I take DH with me? TIA for your help

I would definitely take dh with you, it's possible that the consultant may also require a further sample from him as well, also he might like to talk to him about his side of thisgs iyswim plus it's a bit of moral support. good luck x

yes take DH unless you think he's going to be more of a hindrance than a help! If I recall correctly they just talked through what the options were, what they suggested what vitamins I needed to be taking, sent me away with a scrip fr Clomid and told me to come back in three months.
