Hello all, great to be part of this community!

I've had another BFN this month - started to feel sad but then thought there's no point! So I'm channeling all my energy into PMA for this cycle!

To give myself best chance I wondered if anyone has any tips? I'm going to use CB ov kits but I've heard mention of conceive plus and preseed. Are these any good?

Good luck to you all xxx

How long have you been trying for Tilly? I had my DC at 36 and 39.

I had my DD just shy of 40. I used Tesco's OPKs and charted my baseline body temp. Oh, and DTD every day for the 2/3 days around ovulating. Took me 6 months to get bfp.

I found not expecting it to work on any given month helped to keep anxiety at bay.

Preseed is good. Found the book, Taking charge of your fertility' a godsend as we could target dtd and not worry about it too much the rest of the month
