as some may know, my dh has been diagnosed with a low sperm count. After doing some research and also after a tip from another mn'er I have purchased something called fertility plus for men. apparently it's a supplement that contains all the vitamins/nutriants etc required to increase sperm count. Also on the site I noticed that there is a fertility plus for women, I am slightly reluctant to take this as had heard that certain supplements can cause miscarriage etc.

I guess what I want to know is, does anyone have any experience of themselves or their dh taking these supplements?

No experience sorry BUT I wouldn't take anything for yourself unless your gp has advised you to.

I was taking a supplement when I experienced both mc's. My consultant advised me that this may have added to the cause as sometimes you can overload iykwim.

Not sure how true but I would get advice from your gp/consultant first. Good luck. xx
