Hi everyone, I'm taking a plunge and starting our folicking March bus off to a start.

Getting nervous and excited as always coz if the hospital is right with the clomid I should be starting the tww now..... But I've been feeling sick and crampy today no clue why. Good luck to everyone and hope its all ok Sara

I do like a bit of hair on DH... Nice amount of stubble is fine, but right now he'd fit in quite well with any local tramps! Just cleaner and smelling nice! Ha!

Just wanted to share a Robert Winston documentary on conception and pregnancy:

It's 50 minutes long but it explains why the woman O'ing is so important to conception. It makes the cervix dip itself into the pool of sperm the bloke deposits (they've got pictures and everything). Hope it's not TMI but am at the stage of compulsively watching everything to do with pregnancy in the hope I pick up useful info.

I will be doing my 5th IVF in March. Have been TTC for 35 cycles now! Would love to chat with those who can keep me sane while I go through IVF. Not sure if everyone else on this thread is new to TTC or has been through what I have, but am hoping to join you for BFP in March.

Well I woke up this morning without the flood of AF I was expecting. Still spotting and exactly the same colour as how AF usually starts, it was just that patch of bright red blood last night that was different. I did a test and it was the same as yesterday - no darker which is what I'd have expected if all was going ok so I think the hormone levels will probably start to drop as my AF kicks in properly. Am really hoping it can hang on for a couple more days before full flow though as I worked out dates last night and DH will on a work trip in Europe smack in the middle off ovulation if today turns out to be cd1. Gutting!

Sara I'd still get in contact with gp if I was you, your still getting bfp's so the bleeding could be nothing to worry about. Hope your ok x

If I remember right the hcg levels double every couple of days so the line might not be darker so soon, not positive about that though...

Finding it really hard to stay positive since I feel so sick and miserable and can't stop thinking about it . Feel like it's a bust again and it's just my illness making me nauseous :(.
Shellster52 haven't quite been where you are but I did 2 lots of IVF for our daugthter 22m via gestational surrogacy after 10 early misscarriages. It took us 5 y to have her... We have a DS 9y who I had with no problems. Now I'm trying naturally inially but feel like I'll end up doing IVF again and maybe down the line surrogacy which was very complicated . That's why I'm so negative about this whole ttc ... All the best I really hope march is your month!!!! Big hug

Well 11dpo. BFN and the mother of all evaps (oh I hate those! Def an evap though, I'm experienced at this lol) but zero spotting!!!! So I'm happy about that!

Thanks Linda. I'm just a bit put off as when I had a chemical previously I went to the doc and I was palmed off and made to feel really silly - they said there was nothing then can do for bleeding and far to early for scans etc so just to go home and sit it out to see what happened. And that was a bit later on than this. I think maybe I will see what happens re spotting later and perhaps make an appointment for the morning if things still unclear. Hubby and I both have tomorrow off so wouldn't have to worry about having someone to mind DS if I wait til then. Hope you are doing ok, you are in 2ww, right?

Sara from past experience with a good friend, she got a scan at not even 5 wks, I was with her, they obviously can't see the heartbeat but they can see the sac if there's a baby in there so it's worth a try. Fingers crossed for you... If i ov'd when I think I did I should be on 6dpo now my ic tests should arrive over the wknd and I will become a raging poas crazy woman, lol. I'm not expecting a bfp though so I won't be too upset if I don't get it this month...

Morning all. 14/15dpo and a BFN this morning. I guess it's not happening this month. Also got all symptoms of AF. Hope she hurries up and comes on time.

words cannot express how miserable I feel. I'm not sure sure why I'm surprised as we tried for 8 cycles in 2012 with no luck. Guess i just hoped it would be different.

going to make a doctor's appointment and persuade DH to go for one too as I need to know that all is okay. I'm 33 so not getting any younger.

Thanks ladies. Sorry Genni, it so difficult I know. I'm off to GP on Monday again to discuss possible progesterone issue and DH is getting SA done soon as well. It's best to check everything out just in case.

I'm not telling GP that the vitex seems to be helping as she might say just keep taking that then. I'd much prefer to get progesterone like choccy if that's what I need.

Lots of ups and downs this morning. I hope everyone's got some high quality chocolate on hand! I'd preach the "stay positive" cliche but I'm not feeling it this morning either. DS has had me up all night and I'm questioning the reality of actually having another LO to look after. Was this all a bad idea? I hope not! 1dpo today. No looking back now!
