Thanks SaRaRaRaRa, here's hopin! Bicycles all the way lol! Ginger and Bella I may have to invest in some cough meds too... Xo

SaRaRaRaRa · 07/02/2014 20:41

When are you supposed to take cough meds, everyday throughout your cycle? Or pre-ov? Might have to add some to the shopping list! Does it have to be a certain cough mixture?

bellaboo88 · 07/02/2014 23:57

I think after AF to ov. My phones died so can't find it but ingredients must contain something with a 'g' word that's long/unpronounceable..... Venos seems to b most used but never found it. I'll let u know tomorrow. My SMS normally quite good but last cycles ewcm was a stingey amount.

Fed up of this month already! X

Gingerbreadlady1 · 08/02/2014 00:19

I bought mine today in boots, found a link that says it should contain guaifenesin such as robitussin cough med (I got this brand). Mmmmmm, nice, daily cough med on top of everything else !

SaRaRaRaRa · 08/02/2014 07:34

Thanks ginger and bella, will get some today!

skybluegirl33 · 08/02/2014 09:00

Hi everyone, just been kicked off the Feb bus by AF this morning so would love to join you all!

My stats are ttc#1 cycle 8 BFP due 7th/8th March

On top of my other things, this cycle I am booked in for acupuncture to boost my fertility (had first session this week). DH and I have been on the paleo diet since January so will continue this as we have both lost loads of weight but also have so much more energy which we will need for all the dtd during my next fertile time (which is when DH is off at half-term,he has no idea yet!). Also paleo has increased CM for me, way more than guaifenesin so won't be on my Robitussin this month, yay!

My GP will be sending us both for tests in April if we have no success by then, so ideally would love to get BFP before.

nicx240187 · 08/02/2014 09:02

Hi I'll jump on, 37 day cycle, (cd2). Month 4.

Spotti · 09/02/2014 20:04

Hi all, just been kicked off the February bus by the big meanie AF Sad sooooooo here I am, joining you guys and hoping for BFPs for each of us this month!

I've brought gluten free Jaffa cakes and homemade pineapple upside down cake if anyone wants some?

I'm still quite a newbie to this forum but I think I understand enough to be able to put up my stats... I'm 23, DP and I are TTC DC#1, we're about to start on cycle #3, day 1 (at least I think that's how you do it - is CD1 the first proper day of your period? If so then today's that day...yay).

Spotti · 09/02/2014 20:07
  • Forgot to add that I came off microgynon in early December and haven't quite decided what my cycle length is...it used to be 28-30 days pre-pill so I'm hoping it will go back to that. Been on the pill for around 5 years though so things could have changed!
Coffeechocolate · 09/02/2014 20:19

Hi, AF got me yesterday so I'll hop on too,
Ttc #3, cycle #3 bfp due 8th March.
Knackered thinking about all the dtding to be done once AF has buggered off!
Fingers crossed for all of us.

noitsachicken · 09/02/2014 20:42

Hi!
Not sure where I am in my cycle after m/c in Jan. I am about 3 weeks post m/c now and using opks to try and get an idea of where I am!
TTC no 2, cycle 2 I guess.
What's all this about cough medicine??

angelicjen · 09/02/2014 22:09

Hey all Smile

This better be our lucky bus. In DPs words, we're going to up our game this month. Crickey! Lucky it will be half term.

Angelicjen, ttc #1, cycle 3, bfp 9th March.

Treaclepie19 · 09/02/2014 22:36

Just lurking from the feb bus as I think im probably out and realised I'm the same age as you spotti also ttc #1 and will be cycle 3 if af arrives!
Sorry to jump in :p

Spotti · 10/02/2014 07:03

waves at treacle Hiiiii Grin. Kinda hoping AF doesn't arrive for you but if she does (which she does have a tendency to come when you really don't want her), we might end up being POAS buddies ;).

Hey angelicjen too. Sounds like you're going to be having a bit of fun this half term - fx the extra effort turns into a BFP for you!

Here's hoping that the March bus is a BFP one for us all (raises cup of hot chocolate to make a toast)!

bellaboo88 · 10/02/2014 08:36

Noitsa, I've heard it increases the amount of CM you get which can help you work out ov. I'm normally OK for cm in the lead up to it but I thought I'd give it a try, after all, cm nourishes & helps the spunkies travel.

Hi to all our new people/fellow bus members from Feb/Jan bus, hope that the romance of Feb & distraction of romantic meals & 'normal' sexy time will help us get our march bfps

noitsachicken · 10/02/2014 08:47

Really? Wow I thought I had heard every tip going!

PunkyPod · 10/02/2014 09:05

So i was away this weekend (without DH!) and cm got very much like what i'd expect it to be around ovulation. Frustrating!!!! Anyway, got back on Sunday afternoon and we dtd twice, did legs in the air and all. Anyway it's all i can do. Post mc cycle is tricky to try and guess what on earth is going on...

dietcoketime69 · 10/02/2014 09:33

Hi everyone!! I'd love to join in but am afraid my stats aren't very reliable at the mo! I'm ttc #1, came off pill on 25th January after 10 years on it, had withdrawal bleed for 4 days after & now just waiting and dtd where possible!!! No signs or symptoms of ovulation yet so just a waiting game I guess.... am hoping there's someone else out there in a similar boat, it's so lovely having somewhere to chat about it all, it's so exciting and nerve racking at the same time!!

Spotti · 10/02/2014 10:02

Hey diet, it most certainly is nerve racking but exciting...not to mention blummin' frustrating when you have to wait all the time!!! Really grateful for this forum though, I'm addicted already and I've only been on it for a few days :p.

What's everyone up to today? I'm off to work in a bit and then hopefully riding the pony/walking the pooch. Not sure I can really be bothered to do any of those things BUT it's probably a good thing that I've got to leave the house and go to work otherwise I think I'd spend all day sat on my bum talking to you guys!!!

noitsachicken · 10/02/2014 10:17

Difficult isn't it Punky.
I know its best to wait for next period but I just want to be pregnant again!

PunkyPod · 10/02/2014 11:46

It's really difficult isn't it chicken. DD was conceived in post MC cycle so I had high hopes. But I feel like we probably missed it. I just want another baby so bad (I know we all do.... Smile)

noitsachicken · 10/02/2014 15:14

I am using OPKs and keeping my eye out for CM. DH and I are going away this weekend (first night away from DS!) so hoping for some luck xx

PunkyPod · 10/02/2014 16:28

I'm using opks too. Didn't take any away with me over the weekend though so might have missed the surge. Grump!
Have a lovely time away, its important to have time with just your DH Grin

SaRaRaRaRa · 10/02/2014 19:59

Hey everyone, hope you've all had a good Monday Smile

Got a flashing smiley on my clearblue OPK today - so here we go for this cycle Grin Legs in the air and upside down cycling here I come!

noitsachicken · 11/02/2014 12:07

Just had a positive OPK as well!
A relief that my cycle is on track!
