How long after your missed period did you find out you were pregant?

Hi, I'm just wondering how long after your missed period you got a positive test result, I'm 15 days late and I've done 2 tests one at 4 days late and another at 11 days late and both came back negative. I don't feel like I'm going to have a period anytime soon. I'm feeling like i did when I was pregnant with my two other children. Me and my husband have stopped using any contraceptive methods as we have said we will just have fun and not stress and see what happens.any help would be brilliant. Thank you.

I am in the same boat sort of. I am two days late but i am refusing to test til my period is totally missed (if i do end up missing it).the soonest i will test is two weeks after missed period.

Hi. You don't mention if you are normally regular. What has your longest cycle in the last yr been? Of course a small minority of woman take a long time to build the hormone, but unless you ovulated very late in your cycle, I would assume that 2 negative results so long after your AF due date means you aren't pregnant. Hope that doesn't sound blunt, but I think it would have resulted in a Bfp for you by now if you were. X

Hi, I had the coil in for two years and 6 weeks before christmas it fell out and my period started on the 22nd of December and finished on the 26th, didn't have periods while I had the coil in, before I had the coil I had regular periods abd they were always a 28 day cycle.

It sounds like your body is just adjusting to your coil coming out. I agree with allchat that if you were pregnant, you would have probably got your BFP by now. BUT, you're never out until AF arrives

I got my BFP the day AF was due, I only POAS because I had one spare, but I had utterly convinced myself we were out for that month.
